• 2 oz Lisa's Secret Apple Tart Whisky
• 1 oz apple juice
• ½ oz lemon juice
• ½ oz simple syrup
• Ice
• Apple slice for garnish

1. Add whisky, apple juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker.

4. Freeze until firm, stirring a few times while freezing.
5. Scoop into a glass or bowl.
6. Rim the glass with sugar.

• 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
• 1 scoop chocolate ice cream
• 1 scoop strawberry ice cream
• 1 oz chocolate syrup
• 1 oz caramel sauce

Method

1. Cut the banana in bite sizes
2. Cook the banana until lightly caramelized.
3. Place the ice cream scoops in a serving dish.
4. Add the caramelized banana.
5. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and caramel sauce.
6. Garnish with caramelized banana.

• 1 tbsp strawberry syrup
• Crackers
• Sugar

Method

1. Crush crackers and mix with sugar.
2. Wet the glass rim and dip it into the cracker and sugar mixture.
3. Add whisky, ice cream, milk, strawberries, and strawberry syrup to a blender.
4. Blend until smooth.
5. Pour into the prepared glass.
6. Garnish with extra cracker and sugar crumbs.
